Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. We offer a 10-day return policy for all products. Whether you changed your mind or received something you didn’t like, you can return your order hassle-free.

To initiate a return, simply email us at aurafirm0@gmail.com with your order number within 10 days of receiving your product.

What if I ordered multiple items but only want to return a few?

No problem! You can return individual items from your order. However, please make sure that:

·        The product is returned in its original condition.

·        All components, accessories, and complimentary gifts received with the product are also returned.

You don’t have to pay any return shipping cost!

Will I be refunded for my returned order? How long does it take?

Yes, refunds are issued for all approved returns.

·        For payments made via credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the same account.

·        For cash on delivery (COD) transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the billing details shared by you.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse. Depending on your bank, it may take an extra 2–3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

We also offer the option of a refund via Aurafirm store credit/coupons, which you can use on future purchases.

How will I be refunded for a cancelled order?

·        If you cancel before your order is shipped, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days of us receiving your cancellation request.

·        If you cancel after the order has been shipped, your refund will be initiated only after the products are received and verified at our warehouse.

Refunds are made to the original mode of payment, or via Aurafirm store credit if you prefer.

When can I replace a product?

We provide replacements in cases where your order is:

·        Damaged

·        Defective

·        Incomplete

·        Incorrect

To request a replacement, email us at aurafirm0@gmail.com with your order number. Once validated by our Customer Service team, we’ll arrange a free pick-up of the existing product and dispatch the replacement at the earliest.

When can I cancel a product?

You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched by writing to us at aurafirm0@gmail.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

After cancellation, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
