Order Processing

Your products go through a thorough quality check before being carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

·        Orders are usually dispatched within 1–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

·        Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of order.

If our delivery partner is unable to reach your address or if you’re unavailable, they will get in touch with you to resolve the issue.

Packaging

We ensure safe packaging to minimize any damage during transit. Each product is securely bubble-wrapped and packed with care, so it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping Locations

Currently, Aurafirm ships across India. We do not offer international shipping at the moment but are working towards making it available soon.

Order Tracking
